Apoiar na coleta, organização, análise e manutenção de dados utilizando principalmente SQL e Python, visando garantir a qualidade e a disponibilidade das informações para tomadas de decisão estratégicas e operacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar consultas e manipulação de dados em bancos relacionais, utilizando SQL, para extrair informações conforme as necessidades de análises recorrentes e pontuais. Criar e manter scripts simples em Python, para automatizar tarefas e apoiar processos de análise e integração de dados, conforme demandas do time. Participar do processo de modelagem e estruturação de dados, contribuindo para a padronização e organização das bases de dados dos clientes. Monitorar a qualidade e a consistência dos dados, identificando inconsistências e reportando ao time para correção, continuamente. Auxiliar na construção de relatórios e dashboards, integrando diferentes fontes de dados para facilitar a visualização e o acompanhamento de métricas-chave. Apoiar a integração de dados entre diferentes sistemas (CRM, plataformas de marketing, etc.) utilizando ferramentas e processos definidos pelo time. Trabalhar simultaneamente em diferentes demandas de dados, priorizando tarefas para atender prazos e expectativas do time e clientes. Colaborar com um time multidisciplinar, compartilhando informações e conhecimentos, para garantir a coesão e a integração entre as áreas envolvidas. Participar de reuniões operacionais e de alinhamento com clientes e equipe, apresentando resultados e evoluções das demandas de dados. Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em SQL (consultas, joins, filtros, agregações). Conhecimento básico em Python (manipulação de dados, bibliotecas como Pandas). Noções de modelagem de dados relacionais. Familiaridade com conceitos de ETL e integração de dados. Desejável conhecimento básico em ferramentas de BI (ex.: Power BI, Looker Studio).
