Overview Intermediate Technical Recruiter - OP01902 We are a US-based outsource software development company that has been delivering exceptional software experience to our clients since 2011, helping technology companies to become industry leaders. We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our staff augmentation team. This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours/week) that focuses on connecting high-level IT professionals with meaningful work and growing our LATAM presence. This role is remote-friendly for candidates in Brazil, Argentina or Colombia; submit your CV in English and we will respond. Responsibilities and Contribution Master the full recruitment lifecycle within the dynamic tech market and become a strategic partner to the business. Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to identify the best talent. Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system. Combine hands-on recruiting with team collaboration to drive the team\'s success and ensure timely project delivery. Solid understanding of how software development companies function. Strong technical terminology knowledge and ability to discuss requirements professionally with candidates. Ability to drive full-cycle recruitment process. Wide network and good understanding of the local IT community. Self-motivation with strong contribution to both individual and team success. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and switch between tasks quickly; ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Upper-Intermediate or higher English level. Desirable Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho, Applicant Pro, etc.). Experience with recruiting process automation tools. Experience with Google Suite and Jira. Key Responsibilities Be a strategic partner in talent acquisition and master the recruitment lifecycle, receiving dedicated professional training to elevate expertise. Develop strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to source top talent. Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
