Descrição da vaga- Junior Consultant that the experience is under 1 year;- HighJumpOne WMS, Voice Pick, RDT, iPAD HighJump, SQL Server, some Azure Cloud, ADO, DataDog (monitoring)- The main item that is needed for HJ is SQL Server beyond the full HighJump tech stack in Azure.- The better the person is at SQL, the better they will be at figuring out HJ.- The other key thing that is required is someone that understand warehouse business processes and has critical thinking skills.- A good developer may be able to spout best practices however these are complex environment and the individuals need to fully grasp what the end user is attempting to accomplish based on what is being developed.- This trait is extremely hard to find with someone that is also technical and needs to vetted for the service mindset.**Technical skill**:- SQL:development experiencesupport experiencecomplexity of developmentperformance tuning/considerationfunctionality understandingconfiguration skills**interfaces**: ADVLinkkey business process support from systems- Infrastructureend to end HJ technology; RDT/Ipad/VP, InTune, GW Soft, Cloud**Management skill**:- Communication:to the pointclear and logiclistening and response to the point- Problem solving killability to figure out the real issue from surface to the deepRCA capabilityexecution- Continous improvementwork with business, align the priority, take actionRCABusiness process knowledgelogisticswarehousing**Culture fit**:ownershipagilebold
