Job Opportunity We are seeking skilled DevOps/Platform Engineers to join our team in delivering high-scale SaaS platforms. Tackle complex challenges such as database contention, scaling issues and deployments daily. Multitask, navigate ambiguity and collaborate with a global team proficient in English and Portuguese. Essential Skills: Hands-on experience with EKS/Kubernetes in production environments In-depth knowledge of MongoDB (scaling, performance tuning, troubleshooting) Proficiency in Python and/or Go programming languages Fluency in both English and Portuguese Strong understanding of DevOps/SRE principles and real-world troubleshooting expertise Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to the MERN stack (Mongo, Express, React, Node) Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform Monitoring and Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki Experience resolving database contention/concurrency at scale Key Responsibilities Design architectures for reliability and scalability Swiftly identify and resolve production issues through systematic debugging Enhance deployment speed and system observability Collaborate across global time zones in a results-driven environment
