Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage financial expertise to drive business growth and profitability in the Brazilian market.
  • Analyze market trends, project financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities in the building materials sector.

Financial Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to Brazilian accounting standards, tax regulations, and international norms.
  • Prepare consolidated financial reports for regional leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Promote strategic partnerships with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Act as a financial liaison for APAC/LATAM stakeholders, utilizing language skills for supplier/partner negotiations.

Risk Management & Control:

  • Monitor currency exposure, raw material price volatility, and credit risks.
  • Maintain robust internal controls.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and mentor local finance teams.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
  2. 5+ years of financial management experience, with 3+ years in building materials, construction, or industrial manufacturing.
  3. Expertise in Brazilian fiscal/tax legislation (e.g., ICMS, PIS/COFINS).
  4. Fluent proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  5. Advanced Excel/ERP skills (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese for seamless communication with global HQ, suppliers, and partners.
