Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in the internationalization and maintenance of a large-scale e-commerce platform. This role involves active participation in English-speaking client meetings and collaboration across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the development team responsible for translating and adapting a distributed microservices e-commerce platform. Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes microservice deployments using Helm charts. Operate and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines; diagnose and resolve failures in automated deployment processes. Collaborate closely with Java and Python development teams to understand deployment requirements. Troubleshoot client ecosystem tools based on Jenkins self-service pipelines. Support backend technologies such as PostgreSQL and Kafka, handling configuration, connectivity, and integration issues. Retrieve and analyze logs from Kubernetes pods and on-prem VMs using Grafana, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Jenkins logs. Participate in English-speaking client meetings to gather requirements, clarify needs, and provide updates. Manage work using a Kanban workflow. Contribute to improvements in deployment processes, documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent understanding of cloud infrastructure and containerization. Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Jenkins. Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages. Familiarity with database management systems like PostgreSQL. Ability to analyze complex system logs and troubleshoot issues.
