• Assist in talent sourcing, screening, and selection activities
• Coordinate onboarding and administrative processes
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support business needs
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Support process improvements and maintain accurate records

Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florian b3polis SC; Interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree

• As a contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)
