Global Logistics Expert

We are seeking a seasoned logistics expert to spearhead our supply chain operations.

About the Role

This is a leadership opportunity that requires strategic thinking, end-to-end ownership, and hands-on execution. You will oversee global inventory levels, demand forecasting, order flow optimization, supplier relationships, and freight and logistics operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or D2C supply chain management, with deep familiarity with Amazon FBA, Shopify, and global fulfillment networks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage global inventory levels across multiple channels to prevent overstock and stockouts through data-driven planning.
  • Demand Forecasting: Own demand forecasting leveraging sales history, seasonality, and launches to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Order Flow Optimization: Optimize order flow from purchase order to delivery across all markets to improve SLA performance.
  • Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure lead times, quality, and cost alignment.
  • Freight and Logistics: Oversee freight and logistics operations (freight forwarders, customs, tariffs, etc.) to negotiate timelines and payment terms.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop internal dashboards to track KPIs: inventory turnover, fulfillment times, landed cost, aging inventory, etc.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience in ecommerce or D2C.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA, Shopify, and global fulfillment networks.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics from POs to last-mile delivery.
  • Strong Excel/data skills – you know your way around a pivot table and a demand model.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with high-growth consumer product brands.
  • Prior work in multi-market fulfillment (US, Canada, EU, Asia).
  • Familiarity with tools like Inventory Planner, NetSuite, Airtable, or similar.
