Warehouse Layout Optimization Specialist About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Layout Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient warehouse layouts that maximize space utilization, reduce travel time, and improve ergonomics. Main Responsibilities: Analyze inbound, put-away, picking, and outbound processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement optimized warehouse layouts that minimize travel distance and improve material flow. Conduct detailed time studies and work sampling to establish and maintain standard operating times. Develop cost-benefit and ROI models for layout changes, automation investments, and process improvements. Collaborate with operations, safety, IT, and automation teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
