Join to apply for the Director, software development engineering role at IQVIA This leadership role oversees a diverse, geographically distributed team of managers and senior professionals across Latin America, India, and other regions. The position is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of strategic projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery within budget and resource constraints. The role also serves as the primary IT point of contact for internal clients in the LatAm region, focusing on client relationship management and alignment of IT processes with business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a multi-level, international team, ensuring consistent standards in the design, deployment, and maintenance of systems and sites. Define and communicate functional strategies aligned with IQVIA’s broader business goals and operational requirements. Establish and execute business strategies with significant impact on organizational success. Influence and negotiate with senior and executive leadership to drive decision-making. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support to direct reports, while fostering a culture of talent development across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 12 years of experience in systems analysis and software development.
