Join us in redefining the future of wellbeing THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Credit Manager to our Financial Solutions team in Brazil This is a Remote - Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. This role is to join the Financial Solutions (Partners at Scale) team that is responsible for leading the credit department, with a primary focus on B2B operations. As the lead for the credit department, you'll be responsible for building and scaling the credit function from scratch . This is a hands-on role where you will define and implement credit policies and procedures, ensuring the financial health of business partnerships . The position involves conducting structured credit analyses for large clients, assessing financial statements and operational data to determine risk, and presenting cases to credit committees . YOUR IMPACT Lead the development, review, and ongoing maintenance of credit models in partnership with the fund manager. Define and update credit and collection policies to ensure they are aligned with business strategy and market best practices. Prepare and present cases for credit committees, providing clear, data-driven recommendations. Develop a hands-on approach to build and improve the entire credit process, from initial analysis to policy enforcement. WHO YOU ARE Proven experience in B2B credit analysis. Experience as Credit Specialist or Credit Coordinator. Strong knowledge of statistical and financial modeling. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Python and SQL. High analytical capability with a detail-oriented and strategic mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external. Proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
