What You Will Achieve Revenue Management – develop and implement strategies based on gross‑to‑net optimization to maximize revenue and profitability. Utilize analytical tools to interpret, simulate scenarios, provide actionable insights, perform sensitivity and price elasticity analyses, and monitor margin and profitability indicators by channel, customer, and product. Strategic Planning – collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Key Account and National Sales Managers to align commercial strategy and ensure consistent execution and adherence to the company's revenue goals. Reporting and Visualization – create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators by therapeutic areas, brands and accounts. Process Improvement – identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue management practices. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Previous experience in Revenue Management and/or Financial Planning, especially in pharmaceutical companies. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel. Data visualization such as Tableau is highly desirable. Other Skills: Very strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
