Dow has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Energy Commercial** **Specialist** located in **São Paulo**, **Braz**il As the Senior Commercial Specialist, you will work with the Energy commercial team to design and implement work processes and tools needed to deliver on the Energy Business strategy and increase the productivity of the Energy business. You will be also responsible for executing the monthly energy closing of the Brazilian sites in close collaboration with the Operations and Finance Teams.
**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Own the monthly power invoicing and closing process for Dow's large sites in Brazil
- Pay invoices and research/rectify payment and invoice issues, being the interface with the vendor, IBM and Apay
- In charge of the renewal of the required energy contractual guarantees
- Manage digital certificates for CCEE and ONS
- Owns the monthly process of submitting scope 2 emissions for Brazilian large sites, acting as the interface between our vendor Enel X and Dow´s global energy system team
- Compile monthly energy reports and energy cost forecasts
- In charge of the repository of contracts in line with Dow´s compliance requirements and responsible for the entire work process including discussions with legal and counterparties until document is signed and saved
- Manage and maintain department functional mailboxes and distribution lists
- Communicate and coordinate with other Dow business colleagues, including in other countries, to ensure alignment and consistency
- Add or make changes to the supplier master and customer master in the System
- In charge of optimization projects such as the migration of smaller sites to the free market, work process improvements, etc

**Experience**:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the Energy sector is a plus
- SAP Purchase order and invoice experience is useful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (expertise in Excel and MS Teams)
