WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build, test, and optimize email templates for various marketing campaigns;
- Implement and maintain best practices for email performance, deliverability, and rendering across devices and platforms;
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with Asana's rebranded architecture;
- Identify and troubleshoot email compatibility issues across email clients and browsers;
- Document and maintain a repository of email templates for efficient reuse;
- 15–20 hrs a month engagement.
MUST HAVES
- 2 years of experience in Email Development ;
- 2 years of experience working with Iterable ;
- Strong expertise in template creation;
- Knowledge of email best practices, including responsive design and deliverability optimization;
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and email-specific coding frameworks;
- Understanding of dynamic content, personalization, and segmentation;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with additional marketing automation tools beyond Iterable and Marketo;
- Familiarity with AMP for Email to enhance engagement;
- Background in A/B testing and performance analytics for email campaigns;
- Basic JavaScript knowledge for potential email scripting needs;
- Understanding of email accessibility standards and how to implement them.
