As a Recruiter, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and top talent, playing a critical role in defining role criteria, understanding client needs, and identifying the best candidates to help organizations grow. You’ll partner closely with clients to clarify job requirements, source and screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews before presenting aligned shortlists for consideration. What you will do Partner with clients to define position requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria. Source and identify high-quality candidates through job boards, databases, social networks, and referrals. Conduct phone screens and structured preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit. Present qualified shortlists to clients with concise candidate summaries and recommendations. Manage candidate experience from first contact through job offer and feedback. Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities in our CRM and ATS. Collaborate with the internal team to refine workflows, improve outreach strategies, and optimize client satisfaction. About you 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or corporate). Proven ability to build trust and rapport with both clients and candidates. Strong communication and interviewing skills with a natural curiosity for understanding people and roles. Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workwolf, or other ATS platforms. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with diverse candidates. Tech-savvy with familiarity in Google Workspace and CRM systems. Collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and passion for helping others succeed.
