**Here's what this role is all about**:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support informed decision-making within the organization. Your role involves working with cross-functional teams, employing analytical techniques, and presenting insights through clear visualizations and reports. The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, contributing to strategic initiatives and business success.

- Connect data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Cleanse and preprocess data to address issues such as missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies.
- Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to derive meaningful insights.
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
- Create clear and compelling visualizations, including charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a comprehensible and actionable manner.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with teams to understand reporting requirements and tailor outputs accordingly.
- Work closely with business analysts, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Lead projects, mentor other analysts, and make high-level decisions regarding data analysis strategies.
- Demonstrate autonomy to prioritize tasks, make decisions and drive projects forward.
- Collaborate on projects that involve data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement data models to support forecasting and predictive analysis.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Implement quality assurance measures to validate the accuracy and reliability of data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in data analysis.
**A good match would have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience in data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense). **Mandatory Tableau.**:
- Excellent SQL skills for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving attitude and adaptability to address challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
