Senior Product Manager

ADATA Brazil S/A is a Taiwanese multinational semiconductor technology company specializing in memory module manufacturing in Brazil. We operate two industrial units in Santo Antônio de Posse, São Paulo, and Manaus, Amazonas serving key industry clients with innovative, high-performance, and value-added solutions.

Strategic regional presence: production capacity allocated between two plants in SP and AM, ensuring logistical flexibility and meeting diverse demands.

We are looking for a highly qualified professional to lead the strategy, development, and management of the memory solutions portfolio, aligning innovation, quality, and added value for the company's customers.

About the position

Position: Senior Product Manager

Reports to: Executive Board

Strategic focus: Define and maintain roadmaps aligned with business objectives, with portfolio governance and on-time delivery; lead PMs, foster continuous improvement, and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain for DRAM/SSD quality; manage NPI, analyze market trends, support strategic accounts, and represent the company at events with OEMs/ODMs.

Main responsibilities

• Define, execute, and continuously refine product roadmaps and project strategies that align with business objectives and market needs throughout the lifecycle
• Lead, mentor, and develop the product management team to achieve operational excellence, team growth, and best practice adoption
• Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve milestones and uphold stringent DRAM and SSD product quality
• Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI), from technical qualification to customer validation and launch, ensuring performance, reliability, and client satisfaction
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continually evolve product strategy and maximize market share and competitiveness
• Manage risks across portfolios, optimize resource use, and ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting all requirements
• Facilitate key meetings, foster effective decision-making, and drive collaborative problem-solving with project stakeholders
• Provide escalated support and relationship building for strategic accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and partnership growth
• Represent the company and product line at industry events, technical forums, and business reviews with OEMs, ODMs, and global partners
• Support process innovation, product validation, and ongoing compliance with internal and external standards for memory and storage products

Desired requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Extensive experience managing full product or project life cycles in the electronics or storage industry, with strong leadership in multidisciplinary team environments
• Expert knowledge of product development processes, supply chain management, and engineering practices focused on DRAM memory and SSD solutions
• Superb communication, coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills, with resilience under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions
• Mastery of project management platforms (e.g., MS Project) and business data analytics tools, including project dashboards and metric reporting
• Fluent English for global collaboration, negotiation, and effective documentation
• Up-to-date understanding of DRAM and SSD technology trends, competitive analysis, and worldwide market development
• Solid grasp of the PC and mobile device ecosystems—including market structures, leading players, and key customer requirements—considered a strong asset
• Familiarity with wafer encapsulation (packaging) and semiconductor test processes (methods, standards, and QA protocols) highly preferred
• Experience with OEM/ODM customer engagement, industry standard forums, and regulatory compliance, an advantage
