This position supports operational and administrative activities in the financial sector, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping entries, and bank reconciliations. It assists in preparing financial reports and monitoring basic indicators under supervision. The role involves verifying and organizing documents to ensure proper classification and storage. It participates in the monthly financial closing process, collaborating with the team to ensure data accuracy. Additionally, it provides support in internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure routine financial tasks are completed effectively.

• Currently pursuing higher education, with up to two semesters remaining, in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields
• Studying at night and available for a 6-hour internship shift
• Basic knowledge of financial and accounting routines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical skills to monitor financial data and prepare simple reports
• Organized, proactive, and good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team

• Support in controlling and recording accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in bank reconciliations and statement verification
• Organize and archive financial and fiscal documents
• Help prepare basic financial reports
• Monitor cash flow and simple financial transactions
• Support monthly financial closing routines under supervision
