What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Facilitate key customer and internal conversations to uncover opportunities and guide teams toward shared understanding
  • Navigate complexity by identifying dependencies, surfacing risks early, and helping stakeholders make informed trade-offs
  • Orchestrate collaboration among Delivery Architects, Professional Services, Product Managers, Sales, and Partners for cohesive outcomes
  • Protect delivery conditions by managing executive pressures and clearing obstacles for the team
  • Capture patterns and shape how the employer delivers transformational services at scale
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience leading complex technology initiatives in cloud and/or security domains
  • Proven track record of guiding organizations through ambiguous transformations
  • Experience facilitating critical conversations with executives and cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate across diverse stakeholders to drive cohesive outcomes
  • Strong adaptability and commitment to ensuring autonomy and accountability remain with those closest to the work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in software services delivery
  • Expertise in Professional Services delivery
  • Experience designing or evolving delivery frameworks in cloud or security environments
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
  • Cloud provider associate/expert-level certification(s)
