About The Team/role We are looking for a customer‑centric operations analyst to join our Operations team. Your mission will be to build the best experience for our couriers and drive strategic and sustainable growth by supporting data analyses that shape our business strategy. In this role, you’ll be... Creating SQL queries to analyze business metrics; Conducting A/B tests on marketplace metrics and assisting teams in decision‑making; Acting as a focal point for projects that improve our product solutions; Aligning project objectives with other areas such as Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, and more; Organizing project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams. SQL skills; Analytical skills; Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related areas (preferred); Advanced English proficiency.
