O Patria Academy é o programa de estágio do Patria Investimentos, que compartilha conhecimento de negócio e busca atrair os melhores jovens talentos.

Com esse programa, o Patria reforça seu comprometimento em formar profissionais de alto desempenho que serão o futuro da companhia, oferecendo uma jornada completa de desenvolvimento, desde o processo seletivo até a efetivação.

Durante a seleção, os participantes terão a oportunidade de aprender mais sobre modelos de investimento e gestão de uma empresa através de cases e aulas interativas com líderes do Patria.

  • Previsão de formação: dezembro/2026 a dezembro/2027.
  • Idioma: inglês avançado ou fluente.
