**Atividades principais**:
- Colaborar com a equipe comercial na definição e execução de ações estratégicas voltadas ao desenvolvimento e conquista de novos mercados e clientes;
- Promover e elaborar projetos de expansão para novas culturas, alinhados à estratégia da regional;
- Ministrar palestras e treinamentos em eventos de médio e grande porte, fortalecendo a presença da empresa no setor;
- Acompanhar e avaliar a retenção de clientes, com foco em otimizar o uso do CRM e apoiar as ações dos RTVs.
**Requisitos**:
- Graduação em Agronomia (mandatório);
- Pós-graduação e/ou especialização em Fertilidade de Solo, Nutrição ou Fisiologia de Plantas (desejável);
- Habilidades de comunicação e experiência em palestras são um diferencial;
- Conhecimento em culturas de cereais.
