**Job Summary**
- Manage cloud infrastructure design, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, infrastructure migration (on-prem to cloud) and management tasks ensuring the high performance, security, and availability of business-critical cloud infrastructure from Cloud Providers partners to serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, using the pillars of Well Architecture framework
- Responsible to guide customers through best practices and root cause analysis (RCA) related to their use-cases and challenges. Execute proof-of-concepts, infrastructure/service analysis
- Collaborating with Sales and Solution Architects in support of pre-sales opportunities. Conduct the execution of critical changes in the environments, prepare documentation and knowledge base
- Work as an enablement resource for cloud-based technologies with a DevOps mindset, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS solutions to work closely with software development teams. Solid knowledge in on-prem environments (Virtualization Technologies, Operations Systems) and open source tools
- Experience using micro services within container orchestration platforms
- Solid skills in scripting language/database queries and automation focus on testing with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) practices, demonstrated solid experience implementing IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience with Routing and network solution, SDN (software defined network) and Collaborate with InfoSec teams to assure best security practices while providing necessary observability
- Technical hands-on experience in automating and integrating analysis tools into the DevSecOps pipeline
- Technical mentoring of team members, exercising a leadership role in the development and transfer of knowledge
**What you'll be doing**
Planning
- Create complex plans and define standard models to be submitted in committees and followed by the team's T1/T2/T3 workers
- Directs and guides the tasks that must be documented in an action plan
Stakeholder Management
- Identifies, maps and involves key stakeholders, identifying their needs, updating documents, procedures, knowledge base articles or changes, whether directed by leaders or collaborators, or identified by himself
- Bring business needs to technical staffing and Provide transformation consulting expertise while engaging with client leaders and key stakeholders
Communications
- Provides constant updates on the progress of the tasks you are carrying out, using the pre-defined tools and templates. Must have the ability to interact with different areas of the organization or suppliers, leading activities to completion
- Participates in meetings with customers and/or partner areas and maps technological or procedural needs, meeting the needs of internal or external customers
- Take a leadership role in customer relationships, consulting services delivery, and customer-facing professional services delivery projects
- Provide transformation consulting expertise while engaging with client leaders and key industry and transformation leaders to accelerate their transition to Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Technical Review
- Responsible for answering high and critical complexity calls, performing advanced troubleshooting to restore the operability of services within the agreed SLA
- Operates technically in various technologies, establishing crisis rooms, being the reference specialist for T1/T2/T3, including Equinix platform services
- Responsible for disseminating knowledge through the creation of articles in knowledge bases and preparation of internal training for T1/T2/T3 analysts
