Job Overview:

In this role, you will contribute to the development of talent across the organization, ensuring that learning programs are effective and aligned with the Company’s commitment to employees’ growth.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Support local, regional, and global trainings;
2. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as scheduling, materials preparation, and communication;
3. Control training hours and participation in training sessions;
4. Manage the LMS platform (SamsungU) and train employees and managers on how to use it for their development;
5. Develop and distribute post-training surveys or assessments to gather feedback from participants;
6. Analyze feedback to measure training outcomes and identify areas for enhancement;
7. Identify specific training needs by analyzing employees’ IDPs;
8. Manage on-demand trainings;
9. Handle payments, contracts, and L&D vendors’ management;
10. Plan and execute Internship Program development/training program;
11. Support onboarding presentations;
12. Manage English program;
13. Plan, approve, and execute L&D budget for the year;
14. Stay updated on the latest trends in learning.

Background & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
2. Previous experience in the learning & development area is a plus;
3. Advanced English;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PPT).
