Responsibilities

Customer Engagements - Serve as a subject matter expert leading technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, and production-ready pilots for Microsoft solutions, focusing on customer acquisition efforts at the top of the funnel and potentially targeting new cloud technologies.

Scale Through Partners - Coordinate complex solutions with internal and external partners for multiple Microsoft online services and solutions.

Build Strategy - Influence competitive strategy by leveraging partner and internal teams; act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, identifying blockers, and providing insights and resources to support customer business outcomes and promote usage.

Solution Design & Proof - Identify and diagnose technical, architectural, and competitive blockers; develop solutions for sales opportunities; ensure these solutions are implemented and integrated into the customer environment in line with Microsoft standards.

Technical Leadership - Prepare technical insights and key scenarios to drive desired technical and business outcomes. Lead all technical discussions related to competitors in the security domain, including Microsoft and other offerings.

Showcase a learning mentality: Demonstrate a willingness to invest in personal learning in the Cybersecurity arena with team members.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a security or software engineering-related field
  • OR a Bachelor's Degree in a security or software engineering-related field AND 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience
  • OR a Master's Degree in a security or software engineering-related field AND 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a security or software engineering-related field
  • OR equivalent experience
