About The Role We’re hiring a performance‑driven marketer to lead Paid Search across Google, YouTube, Bing and emerging AI platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proven track record of scaling high‑volume accounts ($1M+ monthly spend) while mastering emerging AI advertising ecosystems. What You'll Do Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility, user acquisition, and leads. Conduct brand and website audits to uncover key value propositions and market differentiation. Optimize paid search actions, bids, and market dynamics to convert customers at the lowest possible cost. Develop innovative search strategies blending traditional search, YouTube, and emerging AI search. Perform competitive research to refine ad space and audience targeting. Manage 6–10 paid media accounts across platforms, with aggregate monthly spends ranging from $20,000 to $3 M. Use platform managers, third‑party reporting tools, and AI to generate insights that drive month‑over‑month revenue growth and attribution. Master key KPIs such as CPA, CAC, iROAS, nCAC, MER, aMER, CTR, and CPM. Apply industry benchmark insights throughout the e‑commerce funnel. Make real‑time ad‑buying decisions across platforms to respond to evolving trends. Develop quarterly strategies based on success metrics, spend projections, and performance data. Brainstorm new marketing initiatives, creative assets, copy, and review outcomes with clients. Ensure full‑funnel alignment for healthy new customer acquisition. Forecast projections to support client quarterly strategy. Engage with e‑commerce P&L metrics and financial metrics. What You'll Need to Be Successful Mastery of the e‑commerce marketing funnel from offer to conversion. 4+ years of paid media experience in Paid Search, especially Google. 3+ years managing high‑volume paid search campaigns for consumer brands with $400k+ monthly spend. Expertise in testing, optimizing ad copy, and short‑form video creative. Proficiency in creative consultation for successful paid social ads. Data‑driven decision making and forecasting budget/spend projections. Experience with core e‑commerce revenue drivers and metrics.
