Hiring Process Stages People Stage Case Hiring Manager Stage Stakeholder Stage Offer About the Team Your mission as a Market Intelligence Specialist will be to provide insights about Quinto Andar's performance in the real estate market and connect market insights with internal data to support the development of improvement levers and act to implement strategic actions to drive growth. Requirements Native Portuguese, advanced in English; Experience in the area of analysis/business intelligence/Market Intelligence; Highly structured: can break down very complex problems into manageable, less complex, pieces and work on them; Self‑organized person that can drive own workstreams; Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to drive insight from data; Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and influence other; Deal with high amount of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.). Responsibilities Own Quinto Andar's source of truth of Market Intelligence including the addition of new data sources and improvement of market sizing methodologies to drive clarity regarding market and company performance; Drive understanding regarding most important real estate market drivers and their historical and expected future performance; Structure and present the executive Market Report to the company's leadership; Develop competitor profiles both in Quinto Andar's core markets as well as possible adjacencies; Support short‑term and strategic growth initiatives by leveraging market and company data into integrated analysis; Create Market Intelligence self‑service products for stakeholders to use; Collaborate cross‑functionally with other teams to operationalize market intelligence‑driven strategies; Important Our hiring process starts with the application If you truly want to be part of our team, please complete this step of the process.
