Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Key job responsibilities
Você irá trabalhar em parceria com os nossos clientes, aproveitando sua experiência com transformações de nuvem em larga escala e ajudando a orientá-los em seus estágios de adoção da AWS. Orientar o cliente através dos aspectos operacionais, educacionais e de governança de uma jornada de sucesso na nuvem AWS. Com interface com a liderança do cliente e da AWS, irá conduzir a colaboração entre os outros grupos principais de contas (Vendas, Suporte, Arquitetura de Soluções e Serviços Profissionais), equipes de produto/engenharia e equipes de clientes, planejando e dando suporte grandes migrações de carga de trabalho. Você traduzirá iniciativas estratégicas no plano de contas em ações executáveis, tendo o cliente como ponto de partida. Você gerenciará a cadência liderando as funções de relatórios e rastreamento ao longo do caminho.
A execução de planos de treinamento, roteiro para alinhamentos de resultados de negócios, Sessões de briefing executivo e eventos e transições de go-live são alguns itens de propriedade do SDM que são essenciais para o sucesso da jornada de nuvem de nossos clientes.
Você deve ser uma pessoa apaixonada por oferecer uma ótima experiência ao cliente, implantando soluções da AWS e impulsionando a inovação, e também estar obcecada em contribuir para o gerenciamento diário da migração bem-sucedida dos clientes para a AWS.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.

2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.

Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.

Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.

Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar.
