The Staff Web Designer will guide the strategic direction, execution, and continuous evolution of our marketing website. You'll bridge brand expression and performance to ensure web experiences are well crafted, technically sound, and optimized for business impact. You will partner with teams overseeing SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design to ensure the website looks excellent and drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion at scale.

• Own the website creative vision and help define the roadmap in alignment with web strategy, growth goals, and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate daily with a web team of designers, developers, CRO/SEO specialists, and external partners to deliver high-quality execution.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design.
• Develop engaging experiences that drive measurable results.
• Continuously improve UX and UI through testing, iteration, and best-practice advocacy.
• Ensure web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand and business performance goals.
• Manage and develop the Website Design System with developers based on business needs.
• Collaborate with Brand & Creative teams to maintain consistency across visual touchpoints.
• Establish systems and processes to streamline web operations, increase project velocity, and enable self-serve at scale.
• Translate performance insights and business needs into clear briefs and initiatives.

• 9+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality execution across web and digital campaigns
• Proven success managing web initiatives in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
• Excellent communicator able to manage input and expectations across multiple stakeholders
• Strong skills in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms
• Ability to balance brand integrity with data-driven decision-making
• Experience working in agile environments and/or with developers and marketing operations teams
