Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Models.
  • Pre-Process and Embed Large-Scale Medical and Scientific Documents.
  • Improve Automated Evaluation Pipeline and Fine-Tune LLMs for Textual RAG Use Cases.
About the Role:

This is a Heads-Down, Individual Contributor role requiring hands-on experimentation, model development, and backend engineering with deployments to non-prod environments and collaboration with DevOps for production rollout.

We are seeking an experienced AI/LLM Engineer to join a small, focused team building backend features for an existing RAG service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience as a Search Engineer or AI Engineer.
  • Expertise in Python Development, API Creation, Model Training, Testing, and General Backend Programming.
  • Familiarity with OpenSearch, LangChain, and AWS Infrastructure.
