Games Presenter (Portuguese) – Bogota, Colombia Grow‑Tech is recruiting a **Games Presenter** to join our studio in Bogota. The role includes relocation support and a visa sponsor. Responsibilities Serve as the studio’s public face, delivering engaging gameplay streams with high production quality. Maintain a polished professional image in line with company grooming and presentation policies. Play all game titles live, demonstrating clear delivery skills and meeting performance expectations. Engage and entertain players with energy, enthusiasm, and a relaxed tone. Sustain elevated technical performance across all titles, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives, helping achieve future growth objectives. Qualifications Native‑level fluency (C2) in Brazilian Portuguese, both written and spoken. Minimum B2 proficiency in English. Excellent on‑camera presentation skills. Enthusiastic and positive demeanor, with an extroverted personality. Ability to maintain high energy levels during demanding gameplay sessions. Flexible scheduling and availability for rotating 24/7 shifts. Reliable attendance record with strong punctuality. Detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills, essential for client‑facing roles. Rapid thinking, composure under pressure, and disciplined focus. Note: Preference will be given to candidates with a São Paulo accent due to target audience and project requirements.
