About the Role Lead the IT and cybersecurity engineering team as the Manager of IT at Ledn, a global digital asset company focused on building inclusive financial services. Responsibilities Serve as the first line of support for employees via Slack, Jira, and other collaboration tools. Own the end‑to‑end experience of technology onboarding for new hires and tech retrieval for outgoing employees. Procure, deliver, and manage technology equipment and mobile devices. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools that improve existing IT knowledge. Support and manage SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, and Jira. Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.). Contribute to improvements on identity and single sign‑on tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Document solutions, create help articles, and automate repetitive tasks. Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents and issues through to completion. Prioritize help‑desk tickets effectively while working on projects over sprints and detailing work in Jira. Qualifications 7+ years of SaaS systems administration with expertise in Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Strong automation skills using Bash, Zsh, Python, and open‑source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, and others. Experience integrating SSO into Okta, creating workflows in Okta, and working with APIs to integrate systems. Remote support experience across multiple time zones and familiarity with shipping and receiving hardware and customs. Excellent communication skills across all media, with the ability to write clear, friendly, and concise tickets, emails, and Slack messages. Deep understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching) and the OSI model. Self‑management skills with the ability to accurately scope projects and prioritize work across multiple teams. Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment. Nice to Have Familiarity with AWS (practical experience without certifications). Experience using GAM and command‑line interfaces to streamline work. Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.
