Senior User Experience Designer We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Designer to create innovative and user-friendly design solutions that meet customer needs. Develop engaging visual design concepts that align with business goals. Conduct research to analyze market trends and consumer behavior. Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions and workshops with the team. Requirements: Fluent English is mandatory. Nice to have: Italian language skills. Experience in designing for automotive industries. Ability to understand user needs and preferences. Analytical skills to assess and improve design performance. Expertise in using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Blender, and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
