Role Description In this role, you will work directly with some of the most experienced and highly renowned bankers in the world’s most important and disruptive sector — technology — supporting and executing high-profile M&A and private capital raise transactions. Coordinate due diligence processes (legal, financial, operational), monitoring timelines, and handling data flow among stakeholders. Prepare transaction documentation including confidentiality agreements, term sheets, and final marketing materials for prospective investors or acquirers. Pitchbook & Presentation Development Craft high-impact pitch materials and management presentations, presenting complex financial data in an accessible and visually engaging format. Continuously update standard client-facing materials with new market insights, recent transaction benchmarks, and emerging sector opportunities. Market & Industry Research Conduct in-depth industry analyses, monitoring key competitive trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory developments that may impact deal opportunities. Mentorship & Team Coordination Oversee and guide junior analysts in research, modeling best practices, and quality control, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all deliverables.
