Project Scheduler

SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, analyze, and maintain project work plans and schedules. The Project Scheduler will be responsible for forecasting project timelines, tracking schedule progress, and assessing schedule impacts due to project changes. This role requires strong expertise in Primavera and Microsoft Project to ensure the timely and efficient execution of project scheduling activities.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing and communicating project work plans, ensuring schedule accuracy and compliance with project goals. This includes preparing, analyzing, and forecasting project schedules, collecting and inputting timely and accurate data for schedule development, and performing schedule updates and impact assessments. The role requires expertise in Primavera and Microsoft Project, allowing for effective planning and schedule tracking. Additionally, the Project Scheduler will support project teams with analysis of schedule adjustments, ensuring that scheduling data aligns with project milestones and critical deadlines. Strong collaboration skills are necessary to work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep schedules aligned with organizational objectives.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project scheduling, planning, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project for schedule development and tracking.
- Strong knowledge of schedule impact analysis, timeline adjustments, and forecasting.
- Ability to collect and input accurate scheduling data to support project execution.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess schedule risks and impacts due to project changes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for schedule coordination across teams.
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring scheduling accuracy and alignment with deadlines.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in project scheduling and timeline analysis.
- Experience using Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project for schedule development and tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and analyze schedule impacts for project modifications.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to work in an office environment with extended periods of desk-based work.
- Ability to perform data entry, schedule tracking, and document analysis.
- Capability to travel occasionally for project site visits and stakeholder meetings.
**Work Environment**:
- Primarily operates in an office setting, collaborating with project teams and managers.
- Requires interaction with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy.
- Involves balancing multiple scheduling responsibilities and adjusting project timelines as needed.

**Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)**: All contractor personnel accessing proprietary, classified, or confidential information related to USACE acquisitions must complete and sign a USACE contractor NDA before beginning work. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all staff, including subcontractors and consultants, execute NDAs to protect procurement-sensitive and proprietary information. NDAs must be signed on the first day of employment and renewed with each contract option period. Failure to comply constitutes default. The contractor must maintain signed NDAs and provide copies to the COR.
