Essa posição é estratégica e envolve atuação direta em soluções de investimento. Se você tem perfil analítico, visão de negócio e domínio do mercado financeiro, essa é uma oportunidade para ajudar a construir produtos de alto impacto e atuar lado a lado com times de tecnologia, operações e compliance em um ambiente dinâmico e em crescimento. RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES Desenvolver e gerenciar a estratégia de produtos financeiros, com foco em investimentos (renda fixa, renda variável, fundos de investimento) e cadastro de clientes. Colaborar com áreas comerciais, tecnologia, compliance e operações para garantir a entrega de produtos alinhados às necessidades do mercado e regulamentações. Realizar análise de competitividade, tendências de mercado e comportamento do usuário para identificar oportunidades de inovação e melhoria. Definir KPIs, monitorar performance de produtos e implementar ajustes para otimizar resultados. Atuar como ponto focal entre stakeholders, traduzindo demandas técnicas e comerciais em requisitos claros para desenvolvimento. Garantir a excelência na experiência do cliente, desde o cadastro até a jornada de investimentos. REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES OBRIGATÓRIOS Conhecimento em mercado financeiro nos produtos de investimentos especialmente em projetos de carteira e/ou custódia e/ou rentabilidade. Perfil analítico, orientado a dados, com capacidade de priorizar iniciativas em ambientes ágeis. Habilidades de comunicação excepcionais para engajar times multidisciplinares e apresentar insights à liderança. Visão estratégica e capacidade de traduzir complexidade em soluções simples e escaláveis.
