What they offer:Competitive pay: $2,000 - $2,500 USD/month (depending on experience)Schedule: Central Standard TimeLocation: 100% remote from Latin AmericaGreat Benefits: 10 days PTO and US HolidaysProfessional growth: Opportunities to learn and develop new skills Role OverviewDepartment: Product & DesignReports to: Head of Agency / COOAs a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the design vision and execution across company’s core products - including data intelligence dashboards, branded microsites, and automated reporting suite. You’ll craft elegant, customer-centric experiences and produce compelling corporate and product visuals that reflect Company’s next stage of growth.Working closely with engineers, marketers, clients, and leadership, you’ll shape the overall product experience, evolve a best-in-class design system, and ensure a consistent, refined aesthetic across every digital touch-point. Key Responsibilities● Lead end-to-end product design — from user research and concepting to prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery.● Design high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with the Company’s design system.● Measure, test, and learn from pixel-perfect prototypes.● Develop visually striking layouts and creative assets in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects).● Collaborate with engineering to translate design into production-ready components.● Maintain and evolve the Company design system (colors, typography, components, states).● Lead creative agency output - be the final point of review for best-in-class design.● Produce marketing and platform visuals (dashboards, microsites, campaign mockups).● Conduct user testing and translate insights into iterative design improvements.● Advocate for user-centric design thinking across the organization.
