Product Owner

Employment type:Direct Hire – Full-time, with all benefits required by Brazil law Salary range:Competitive and negotiable based on experience Language:Bilingual (Advanced English – excellent verbal and written communication skills required)Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements spanning data pipelines, predictive models, and RMS user interfaces. Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and demand forecasting. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into detailed epics and user stories with clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Own the full delivery lifecycle of features and enhancements, ensuring timely execution, alignment with stakeholders, and readiness for deployment. Collaborate with Data Engineering on requirements for data sourcing, integration, and quality. Partner with Data Science to define, deploy, and iterate on ML models and pricing algorithms. Align with UI/UX and front-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions with business stakeholders. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user adoption. Ensure accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira for themes, epics, and tasks. Coordinate with QA to validate features and ensure delivery meets requirements. Promote continuous iteration based on stakeholder feedback and performance data. Drive change management and support user training for new RMS features. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with process and system changes. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Perform other job-related functions as assigned.Requirements At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end product ownership, product management, or delivery of data or optimization platforms. Experience with arevenue management system. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and backlog management tools Experience working acrossData Engineering, Data Science, and UI Development teams , as well with multiple stakeholders and brand Revenue Management teams. Experience working in Agile software development environments with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with data pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and modern UI patterns Industry experience in cruise, travel, or enterprise data systems is a plus.
