Job Opportunity: Accelerate Rider Growth Keeta is an international subsidiary of a global giant in the delivery sector, revolutionizing food and consumer goods worldwide. Our mission is to help people eat better and live better through innovation and technology. Key Responsibilities: Support the full recruitment journey for new riders from attracting leads to ensuring they're ready to start, following company standards. Test and compare different ads and landing pages to find the best ways to attract new riders. Use data to share clear insights with the team about market trends, competitor activities, and areas for improvement in the recruitment process. Assist in building and improving communication channels with riders to ensure they feel supported throughout the process. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to align strategies that improve rider growth. Requirements: This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026. Good English communication skills are essential for daily work and contact with foreign team members. A creative mindset is required for problem-solving and adapting strategies to dynamic markets.
