We are looking for an experienced Finance Director for Latin America to lead the regional financial operations of a global online gaming and entertainment group.This is a pivotal leadership role in a rapidly expanding digital industry, ideal for a finance executive who thrives in high-growth, multinational environments and is eager to build scalable financial foundations across multiple jurisdictions. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the regional financial leader, reporting directly to the LATAM CEO. Oversee financial integration across multiple Latin American markets. Implement localized financial policies and structures for Brazil and other countries. Manage cash flow, cross-border transactions, and tax optimization. Supervise outsourced accounting and perform internal audits to ensure accuracy. Ensure full legal and fiscal compliance with local regulations. RequirementsProven experience as Finance Manager, Controller, or CFO in multinational organizations. Mandatory experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-growth startups. Solid understanding of tax, accounting, and international payment operations. Ability to audit and validate outsourced accounting and financial reports. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities. Fluent English. About the Contract100% Remote - Must reside in Brazil (any city). Employment type: CLT
