Job Description

The brand is a multi-licensed operator seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer for the Brazilian operation. The role requires good knowledge of regulations and policies related to online gambling in Brazil, as well as experience managing compliance teams/projects and working with regulatory bodies.

Your Responsibilities

• Overlook Suspicious Transaction Reporting/Money Laundering Reporting within the Framework of the Brazilian AML laws• Manage and/or help to manage compliance-related activities and projects across various jurisdictions with specialization Brazil• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements – for example AML/Safer Gambling/Marketing and Technical Compliance• Work with regulatory bodies to maintain and renew licenses.• Conduct ongoing risk assessments/internal audits and ensure adequate controls are in place to mitigate risks.•Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices and ensure that the company's compliance practices remain up-to-date.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business, accounting, or finance).• Solid 2-3 Years of experience in a similar role within the online gambling industry.• In-depth knowledge of online gambling regulations and policies.• Experience managing compliance teams/projects.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.• Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) would be an advantage. • Accountability and conscientiousness
