Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst

Capgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers. They serve more than 10 million U.S. households with over 19 million policies across all 50 states, through over 48,000 agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Our Client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups in the world.

Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) - Preferred: Availability to work PST hours

What You'll Do:
  • Provide data analysis to support business decisions
  • Assist in sizing initial project ideas to understand potential impact
  • Measure the impact post-implementation and suggest adjustments if needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and update applications accordingly
Requirements What We're Looking For:
  • Ability to build professional presentations to visualize trends and communicate findings to senior leadership
Experience:
  • Minimum: 3 years of relevant experience
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Skills:
  • Proficiency in English (interview conducted in English)
  • Intermediate Data Analytics skills
  • Entry-level knowledge of Insurance Industry, Portfolio Management, and Project Management
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Entry-level knowledge of PowerBI
