Company Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst role in NA Supply Chain.

Role Reports To SUP FINANCEIRO - SUPPLY CHAIN

Location Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos

Work Location Hybrid

As Senior Analyst, NA Supply Chain Innovation , you will be a key business partner, driving financial insights that influence decision-making and accelerate growth through innovation. You will drive Supply Chain financial modeling for new products for our NA business. This individual will partner with Project Management, the innovation team, as well as Commercial and Supply Chain partners to collect inputs for New Production Innovation (NPI) for NA. You will be critical in developing robust innovation processes and capabilities to drive consistency and accuracy across Supply Chain assumptions.

• Lead financial strategy and support for North America BUF, including cost transparency, productivity, and end-to-end performance management.
• Partner with Supply Chain Leaders to influence decisions with comprehensive financial assessments.
• Act as a key finance contact for innovation, providing financial valuation and investment guidance for NPIs and rapid innovation deployments.
• Partner with Brand Development Teams (BDTs) on COGS modeling, supply chain investments, and scenario planning.
• Advance innovation processes and capabilities in NA through cross-regional benchmarking, collaboration with Supply Chain and Commercial Finance teams, and technology implementation for data availability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certification preferred).
• A minimum of 4-5 years of finance, accounting, or related business experience
• Strong business partnering skills
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and business intelligence tools.
• Fluency in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting product innovation and/or NPIs.
• Experience in Supply Chain finance.
• Prior experience in multinational and matrixed environments.
