B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Media & HubSpot) Bluelight is a leading software consultancy dedicated to designing and developing innovative technology that enhances users' lives. About The Role Growth‑focused B2B marketer with a strong foundation in paid media and marketing automation. Responsible for driving qualified leads to our nearshore staffing solutions using a mix of paid strategies and sophisticated HubSpot automation. Owns the engine that connects innovative US companies with world‑class engineering talent in Latin America. Well‑versed in Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot; understands nuances of marketing complex B2B services to technical decision‑makers. Thrive on data, crafting high‑performing B2B campaigns; organized, detail‑oriented, and always eager to learn and improve. Key Responsibilities B2B Media Planning & Strategy HubSpot Ownership: Serve as the internal subject matter expert, building workflows, lead scoring models, and attribution reports linking ad spend to closed deals. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive media plans targeting decision‑makers at startups and enterprise companies that need to scale engineering teams. Market Research: Conduct deep analysis to identify where our target audience consumes content and how best to reach them. Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging B2B trends, AI integrations, and new channels for reaching technical talent buyers. Sales Enablement: Advise New Business and Account teams on budgets and strategies to support pipeline goals. Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee paid media execution with focus on LinkedIn Ads (ABM) and Google Ads (high‑intent search). Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies. Full‑Funnel Analytics: Track B2B KPIs beyond clicks, focusing on MQLs, SQLs, Cost Per Discovery Call, and Pipeline Velocity. Optimization: Analyze data to improve audience targeting and lead quality. Budget & ROI Management: Allocate media budgets, pace spending, forecast, and identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or media buying; experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or SaaS highly preferred. HubSpot Proficiency: Deep experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, landing pages, list segmentation) and CRM integration; certifications preferred. Paid Media Expert: Strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Reports, LinkedIn Insights Tag). Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to explain complex data to non‑marketing stakeholders.
