- Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data
- Autonomous, organized and a self-starter
- High level of computer literacy, experienced knowledge of MS Excel and comfortable dealing with large datasets and complex systems
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English

Key job responsibilities
- Manage and execute projects to improve customer experience, aligning targets and requirements with multiple stakeholders and contributing to the long-term vision for Retail
- Analyze business inputs such as pricing, catalog and selection, being able to think strategically about initiatives to drive improvement as well as leading the execution of them
- Actively identify and resolve strategic and tactical issues that may impair the category´s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience in project and product management roles
