Registration Hub Associate, Self-Service Recruitment

The Seller Marketing LATAM team is building a new team to accelerate the registration of new sellers through the New Seller Hub. As a Lead Engagement, Registration, and Verification Specialist in a high-volume lead engagement environment for Brazil, you will contribute to converting leads into Amazon sellers while supporting them through the Registration, Verification, and Listing processes.

The Registration Hub Associate is the primary solution provider for new sellers on the Amazon marketplace in Brazil. In addition to providing an exceptional seller experience for Registration, Verification, and Listing processes, the Seller Hub Associate must address system issues, identify and implement process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a collaborative team environment while adhering to service level agreements for phone, email, and/or chat cases.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to Amazon leads and sellers through email, phone, and chat;
  • Demonstrate ownership of every seller interaction to achieve successful first-time resolution on all contacts;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures;
  • Maintain high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance;
  • Specialize in Registration, Verification, and Listing requirements and processes for Amazon Brazil.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of sales experience;
  • Bachelor's degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual English/Portuguese with 90% proficiency in both languages;
  • College degree or currently in the last year of obtaining an undergraduate degree.
