Post Date 8 de nov de **** JOB SUMMARY Pursues, secures, and executes profitable business opportunities with new and existing customers to support the achievement of the division's or region's sales and profit objectives. The Technical Program Manager will oversee and coordinate various technical and customer-driven programs, ensuring seamless integration and execution across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Projects Management: Customer-Driven Programs: Lead and manage customer-driven programs. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Application Engineering: Product Validation: Validate products with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), coaters, and canners. This involves rigorous testing and ensuring products meet all required specifications and standards. Platform Tracker: Maintain and update the platform tracker to monitor the status and progress of product validations. Technical Questions and Spec Creation: Address internal and external technical questions, create specifications in line with global teams, and engage in specification discussions. Account Management: Manage forecasts and cross-check demand with supply chain members. Conduct weekly evaluation of deliveries. Quality Topics: Handle all quality-related issues with customers and manufacturing plants. RFQs: Lead negotiations and internal/external discussions to win business. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or automotive related field. Proven experience in project management and technical program coordination. Strong understanding of automotive industry and internal combustion engines, as well as the OEMs validation processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience with regulatory and quality standards in the automotive industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
