Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated invoice generation systems for USDG and other Paxos products.
  • Build and scale attribution logic systems supporting multiple chains and assets.
  • Develop reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics.
  • Create automation workflows for reward calculations and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and rewards systems.
  • Architect solutions for high throughput with low latency.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang.
  • Proven track record of solutions with high throughput and low latency.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows.
  • Ability to design and implement complex financial or billing systems.
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Strong database design skills.
  • Mentoring experience and ability to drive technical initiatives.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
