The Strategy & Operations team collaborates with multiple stakeholders—including product, finance, legal, and operations—to build, differentiate, and deploy these solutions.The Global Pricing team within Commercial and New Payment Flows seeks a Manager to drive our global pricing initiatives. The team's focus is to define, develop, and advise on the right economics for all CNPF-related solutions, enabling verticals to realize their full potential, including monetizing the value delivered. Additionally, the team will develop a Pricing & Interchange Center of Excellence to embed best practices across regions.RoleThe Manager – Pricing, Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) will:
Drive and execute value-based pricing initiatives by:
Collaborating with global and regional product teams to articulate product value and define pricingEnsuring the effectiveness and competitiveness of overall economics aligned with CNPF strategyDeveloping proposals to evolve the business modelMaintaining consistency in global product pricing frameworksAssessing initiatives holistically, considering strategic, risk, customer impact, and feasibility aspectsCommunicating and implementing pricing initiatives smoothlySupporting pricing governance and the Center of ExcellenceAssisting regional sales teams with self-service pricing tools and structured offersThe position requires you to:
Identify and design revenue enhancement initiatives supporting revenue growth based on the value of CNPF solutionsAssess the impact of initiatives through financial, strategic, customer, and feasibility analysesPrepare recommendations and materials for decision-making, presenting to Senior ManagementParticipate in cross-functional teams, liaising with stakeholders like Product, Finance, Operations, Legal, and FranchiseAll About YouThe ideal candidate demonstrates:
Excellent analytical skills with a love for data and numbersAdvanced business acumen regarding how economics impact stakeholders in the payments ecosystemGood communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels and collaborating regionallyStrong innovation in developing new pricing ideas and structures to capture untapped opportunitiesProfile:
