Service Business Line / South America Sales & Services / Customer Relations / Order Handling This department drives end‑to‑end order management, ensuring operational excellence, accurate execution, seamless coordination with internal teams, and a high‑quality customer experience. We act as the central link between clients, technical teams, engineering, planning, logistics, and service operations. Role Summary The Contract Analyst is responsible for managing customer orders and contract execution for our operations in Votorantim. This role ensures full alignment on scope, timelines, cost structure, taxes, risks, compliance, and margins. Acting as the key point of contact, the Contract Analyst coordinates cross‑functional teams, maintains accurate ERP information, manages deviations, and ensures proactive communication with customers. This position is critical to strengthening customer satisfaction, operational performance, and FLS’s strategic presence in the Brazilian market. Key Responsibilities Order & Contract Management Review and validate all information received at the start of each order, including scope, objectives, risk assessment, timelines, taxes, and committed costs. Define clear expectations to anticipate deviations early and ensure structured execution. Prepare execution plans, key milestones, deliverables, and identify required internal resources. Activate internal processes with relevant departments and lead start‑up / kick‑off meetings. Create, communicate, and track action plans to address deviations in delivery time or margin performance. ERP, Reporting & Execution Control Maintain up‑to‑date order and financial status in the ERP for accurate visibility across the organization. Ensure correct order closing, including verification of final margins and communication of major variances. Provide timely and accurate status reports to each customer in the assigned portfolio. Support administrative tasks related to overdue debt collection and customer follow‑up. Customer Coordination & Continuous Improvement Monitor and report deviations in KPI performance for each customer. Lead periodic meetings with customers to present order status, highlight risks, and propose process improvements. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance productivity and efficiency. Support onboarding and training of new team members. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Sales, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, contract management, order handling, or similar roles. Advanced English level. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge or hands‑on experience with Power BI (preferred). Knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations (highly desirable). Previous experience in industrial, mining, or capital equipment companies is an asset. Behavioural Skills Strong customer orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
